Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders within Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

 

What are the shipping costs?

We don’t charge any extra shipping fees. All our prices are shipping inclusive.

 

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

• Egypt: Orders placed within Cairo typically take 2-3 business days to be delivered. For other governorates, it takes around 5 days. 

• UAE: Orders placed within Dubai typically take 2-3 business days to be delivered. For other cities, it takes around 5 days. 

If your order does not arrive in the suggested time frames, please contact us.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received the order, first contact the shipping carrier who delivered your order. There is a chance they could still have it or could have possibly mis-delivered the package. Contacting them directly means they'll be able to make arrangements with you on how to get your order to you.

What if I don’t like the order I received?

It happens. And as avid online shoppers ourselves, we get it. You can ask for a return in a period of 14 days from the delivery date under the condition that the product is in its original condition.
